Yoga flow Description
Vinyasa classes gracefully flow one posture to the next, anatomically sequenced to suit the level of student and create a state of connection between mind, body and breath. Our teachers emphasise a non-dogmatic and alignment-based approach – making the classes fun, accessible and intelligent. If you are newer to yoga or prefer a slower pace, take a vinyasa class. If you prefer a more challenging class with arm balance and inversions included, take a dynamic vinyasa class.

About me | designing this sequence

I started yoga in 2008 while working through my own healing and despite experimenting with different styles, the schools of yoga that inspires me more evidently are Ashtanga, Power and Jivamukti Yoga. The themes that you'll encounter in the classes are often drawn from psychotherapy and spiritual teachings but in a subtle non-intrusive way.

Expect a  powerful sequence with some physical challenge but don't worry about your level, because the slow-moving sequences and long holds between poses will encourage progression and emotional and physical awareness.

If I do a good job, I will see you weekly and assist you in your practice, if I do a great job, soon you'll be able to carry your experience off the mat and into your daily life.

As a yoga teacher and therapist, the latter is my ambition.
