Join this online mindfulness program via zoom. Mindfulness is undoubtedly a fantastic tool for coping with the stress, anxiety as the uncertainty of our current circumstances.

This course is an alternative to develop the skill of meditation from the convenience of your home. The lessons offer meaning and connections with the group as well as with your practice. The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is a well-established mindfulness course. It has is taught worldwide and scientifically proven to help people cope better with adverse emotions and states (anxiety, stress, depression)


The course consists of eight, 90 min sessions in which you will learn the essential principles of mindfulness and several formal and informal technics to build your practice. The course offers offline assignments. During our live sessions, we will experience a variety of guided meditations practices that uses focused attention as the primary tool to experience the present moment. Further key learning points include:

  • Physiology: Your body plays a significant role in your emotions. Throughout the course, we will discuss the physiology of stress and self-regulation. This way, you are better able to respond in the event of stress. 

  • Awareness: The default mode network is a term to describe our ego coined by Dr. Robin Carhart-Harris, a doctor and researcher at London Imperial College. Most of our self-criticism and patterns of worry can be better addressed once we recognize them. 

  • Self-care: Its crucial to learn to take responsibility for our well being and the same time that we practice self-compassion. Everything we need is indeed inside of us (perception), but to access this psychological state requires some guidance that this course will offer. 

  • Communication: The most important conversation that you will ever have is to yourself. Once that is established our relationships with others start to deepen on its meaning. 


  • We provide all written learning materials you require to study this course at home and in preparation for our weekly zoom sessions. The course fee also includes tutor support for 3 months.

  • 24hr availability for any urgent questions that come up between the sessions. 

  • A certificate of attendance
